Attached is the Information Package for AGM 21 to be conducted by Zoom 1300 Hrs eastern Time 15 May 21. For All: Please note you must register for the AGM prior to 30 Apr 21.
To register for participation by computer, contact Dave Pentney asap (NLT 30 April) by e-mail at cafatreas_mbrshp@yahoo.ca and provide him your first and last name and the e-mail address that you will use. Prior to the AGM you will receive an e-mail that will include instructions for joining the Zoom call on-line (internet link, meeting ID # and password). You can also download the free version of Zoom on your computer and view the Youtube learning videos.
To register for participation by phone, contact Dave Pentney asap (NLT 30 April) by telephone at 613 328-7663 and provide him your first and last name, the phone # that you will be dialing in to the Zoom meeting from and confirm your mailing address. Prior to the AGM, you will receive by mail the Information Package and a handout showing the choices for telephone #s to call to join the meeting and the meeting ID.
