Battle of the Bulge
Operation Market Garden
Operation Varsity
(the largest single-day airborne assault in history and the final combat action of the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion)
Key sites include Juno Beach Centre, Pegasus Bridge, Pointe du Hoc, Fort Eben-Emael, the John Frost Bridge at Arnhem, Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, Airborne Museum Hartenstein, and the Operation Varsity battlefields.
